The recently leaked build of Windows 8 comes with lots of new UI enhancements like modified Aero Lite theme, Explorer ribbon, new boot screen, etc.
It also comes with a new wallpaper which is also a modified version of the previous “Lets not leak our hard work” wallpaper found in Milestone 3 build 7910:
