Most of you know that Windows 8 comes with a command bar in Windows Explorer. But we can’t customize this. But now we don’t have to worry more. Explorer Toolbar Editor is a free and portable utility which lets you customize command bar in Windows Vista/7. It is created by our friend “hb860“.
