UPDATE:: It is now compatible with x64 also.
Few weeks back, a developer released the Windows 8 DP login screen for Windows XP. But now, the same developer “PeterRollar” has released a login screen for Windows 7 similar to Windows 8 Developer Preview. As you seen in Windows 8, it has green background. It will also alter the look of CAD (Ctrl+Alt+Del) view. It has two backgrounds, with and without “FireFox” text.

This login screen has been only made for Windows 7 x32 SP1, Windows 7 x64 SP1. Do not use it if you don’t have SP1.
