Nokia Lumia 1020: Is This A Perfect Windows Phone?

There is nothing perfect in the world but some things are perfect in their area at a great accuracy (Not 100%). Today we are going to talk about the latest Windows Phone released by Nokia in an event with title “Zoom Reinvented“. There were already many rumors about this Windows Phone having a 41 MP camera. That’s huge! Not only from numbers but from quality and other camera features too. Is this a good phone only from Camera’s point of view? Not at all. Nokia Lumia 1020 comes with some great specifications like 1.5 Ghz Dual-Core processor, 2 GB RAM etc.

Here are some reasons why we think Nokia Lumia 1020 is a perfect Windows Phone:

1. Great Camera

If you are looking for a smartphone in the world with best camera, Lumia 1020 is that phone. No other smartphone is that best in camera. Galaxy S4 bears a 13 MP camera whereas HTC One consists of a 4 UltraPixels camera. But both these smartphones are far away from the competition with Lumia 1020. In past, Nokia had released its Pureview 808 phone with the same 41 MP camera. But that phone runs on Symbian OS which Nokia has discontinued which is the main problem with the phone. But if we look in the smartphone world, Lumia 1020 is the phone with best camera.

This camera sports a huge 7152 x 5368 pixels It can record 1080p videos with 30 frames per second. The front facing camera is of 1.2 MP and it can record upto 720p videos.

2. Great Processor

Nokia Lumia 1020 comes with a 1.5 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor which is a great if we look at the operating system. Windows Phone 8 runs much better even on 1 GHz of processor. So you can imagine how good it would be on 1.5 GHz of processor.

3. 2 GB RAM

There was no Windows Phone till the Lumia 1020’s entrance which comes with 2 GB of RAM. Windows Phone 8 runs smoothly on 512 MB RAM and very good on 1 GB of RAM. But In Lumia 1020, you are getting 2 GB of RAM which is expected to give a great performance.

4. Perfect Specifications

Having a perfect camera does not make any phone very good. Nokia Lumia 1020 has all those features which are must in a perfect smartphone like awesome processor, good amount of RAM, good Internal Storage, good battery life, great display resolution and size etc.

Our Opinion: We think that Lumia 1020 is a perfect Windows Phone. It has a great processor which makes everyday and advanced tasks easy. The screen size is just what it should be with HD resolution. But battery life could have been better.
