Ultimate Windows Tweaker 3.1 is an All-in-one tweaker which features 200+ options to tweak Windows 8/8.1. This tweaker has a very clean User Interface which is very easy to use. There are simply 9 tabs: System Information, Customization, User Accounts, Performance, Security, Internet Explorer, Context Menu, Additional and About. Clicking them will show the functions available.

- Extract the given ZIP file
- Run the executable file present in it and you’re done
Before using this application, we recommend you to create a system restore point and you can create it from application’s UI.
If you want to apply the tweaks, just choose and check the check boxes. Then click Apply. The explorer will restart automatically. Some of the tweaks will be applied as soon as explorer restarts while the other requires a system restart as demanded when the app closes. If you want explorer not be restarted everytime you click Apply, there’s an option for it in Additional tab.
If you want to restore to default settings, click Restart Defaults button and you’re done!
